The Velvet Crab is one of the most appreciated crusteans by seafood lovers because of its exquisite taste. The female Velvet Crab (hembra) is fleshier and tastier than the male (macho) and they dffer by a more convex abdomen. For savoring, there is nothing like pulling the flesh out of every part of their crust.
